The Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney is proud to present ‘Male and Female He Created Them’: Rediscovering Authentic Masculinity and Femininity by Christopher West, brought to you by the Theology of the Body Institute.
In the midst of our world’s widespread confusion of seemingly limitless “gender identities”, Christ’s words resound: “Haven’t you read that in the beginning God made them male and female?”
What is this mysterious “beginning”? What went wrong since? How can we reclaim and rediscover in our own lives the original and glorious meaning of our creation as a male or a female? What does it mean to be a man or a woman? What is our deepest, most real identity? Dr. Christopher West will breathe a breath of fresh air into all of these questions in this hopeful and redemptive presentation.
